Valley Library's undergraduate research skills workshop

It is mandatory for undergraduate trainees to attend all three of the research skills workshops that the library is hosting. The workshop leaders will be taking roll to ensure that all trainees have attended. The three workshops are titled "Move Your Research Paper Beyond Good Enough," "Work Smarter Not Harder: Turn One Good Article Into Several" and "Bibliographies in a Snap:  Using Web-Based Citation Tools."

There are multiple benefits to attending these workshops. The library workshops will assist you in meeting our learning outcomes to help students "learn strategies for appropriately documenting their work" and to "discuss conventions of format and structure appropriate" to the research paper. It will also be helpful to learn about various research resources available to students.
